A new holistic movement practice

Come along to this trial session of this new holistic movement practice which is becoming very popular.

Led by Sonya Leite, an Interfaith Minister, this session cost £5 and will give people a chance to find out if Nia is for them.

Nia is based on a fusion of movement and dance styles and results in a wonderful sense of liberation.  anyone can do it - no particular skill or fitness level is needed.
