Wheel of the Year/Earth Spirit/Pagan Celebrations

For thousands of years, people have marked and celebrated the changing of the seasons. They recognised the importance of being in tune with the Earth and her changing ways. They also drew upon the deep wisdom that these transitions hold for our own lives, where we also experience times of creativity, growth, harvest, and winter's restorative sleep.

Celebrations are held on each of the eight Pagan Sabbats (click to learn more on Wikipedia). Each celebration includes shared words, chanting, music, silence, candle lighting, and a candle-lit labyrinth walking meditation. Each celebration ends with a time of feasting when participants can forge connections with like-minded people.
