The labyrinth is an ancient archetype, found in art

forms all round the world from as long ago as 4000 years. The labyrinth is most often used for meditational and spiritual purposes. It is a walking meditation, a way to approach our own spiritual centre, and a body prayer. Useage is very individual. There is no right or wrong way to walk a labyrinth. It is a powerful tool to illuminating one's path through life.

If you have not walked a labyrinth before, please arrive promptly at the beginning of the session for an introductory talk; otherwise arrive at any time.
