Reiki is a simple Japanese energy balancing technique and spiritual system that can be used for your own self healing and spiritual development. Reiki can also be used as a way of treating other people, since the energy that you work with can be channelled into others. Reiki is taught in three different levels: first degree, second degree and master level. First degree Reiki introduces you to working with and experiencing energy. You learn how to work on yourself so that you can develop your ability as a channel and balance your own energy system over time. You will also learn how to pass on the benefits of Reiki to others, using a simple treatment system.
