The Workshop combines African, South American and American Indian repetitive drum rhythms and chants at varying tempos along with movement based walking, designed to influence our internal rhythmic patterns to encounter the true transformational abilities that lay hidden in the drumming experience - an experience available to everyone. The Programme is led by Lennie Charles who is founder of London Frame Drum Festival

Resonance is a monthly event that, through music, movement, words and actions, leads us through an experience of being human in community.
Resonance includes contemporary music and language. It draws on many sources of wisdom - especially from within. It is never the same twice, It focuses on the heart rather than the head, and aims to help all of us develop a clearer understanding of ourselves and who we are in relationship to other people and to whatever we may consider sacred.
